The Study is named after a real room — my dad's room, filled with classic rock, NASCAR memorabilia, and an old typewriter on a big wooden desk. It felt a little forbidden as a kid, in the best way. This is my version of that room, built for anyone who wants to linger over something good.

scoop ice cream,
we want to scoop the best.
We wanted an ice cream that could stand on its own. One that's been made with care, has a little history behind it, and tastes like what ice cream is supposed to taste like.
Chocolate Shoppe is a Wisconsin ice cream maker that's been making ice cream since 1962. They've collected Grand Champion titles, Gold Medals, Blue Ribbons, Perfect 10s and more from some pretty serious dairy and ice cream competitions.
They've even been named Grand Master Ice Cream Maker three times by the North American Ice Cream Association.
And the awards are great. But they're not the whole reason we chose them.
Their dairy comes from one Wisconsin farm. They use no carrageenan. And they're working toward having all of their flavors free of synthetic dyes by 2027.
